National Institutes of Health Public Information and Communication Services II (PICS II) contract. In addition to NIH, this contract may also be used by other agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, to purchase comprehensive communication, evaluation, and social marketing services. To expand its range of niche offerings, BETAH has compiled a team of 11 partners.
